little 'Bow' peep

After making a few bows last week I sold 5 in one day!

WOW

Obviously I rushed to make more as I am hoping they will be as much of a success at my stall.

I have a few different size varieties but living with a girl who always has the biggest and cutest bows among her head, I thought I'd make some big ones too

The little yellow bumble bee fabric was donated by my friend, It was one she had from her sewing box as a child!

I had it in mine for a while unsure what to do with it..I didn't think it would work as pair of knickers.
Thus.. I made it into cute little hair clips

 (Thanks Mindy)

Last but not least, The Pièce de résistance....although not made from vintage fabric.
I made one for myself too...and of course then my flatmate decided she needed one too!

On other exciting news...I'm having a meeting next week about stocking my frilly knickers and accessories in a shop.

I am ECSTATIC about this!

..Something for spring!

After my stall I realized small items are a necessity... So I've been busy making the cutest little vintage bow hair clips.

I have a few different sizes and will hopefully be making some alice bands too!

The Sun has got his hat on!

What a gorgeous day :)
..Far too nice to be sat inside sewing,so I decided to sit in my new garden and paint the day away..

these two twitters are for our living room... It's a little neglected compared to the rest of our apartment.

SO

My first market was fun. I was joined by my lovely friend Ches (Thanks again mrs)

I didn't sell a great deal.. But other than the woman selling kids clothes I don't think many stalls did. Either way I had a good response and lots of people taking cards.

I also made a lovely long list for next time.. to say I was unprepared would be a major understatement.

my little eye mask section

I think the highlight of the day was when Noel Fielding walked in... Didn't buy any knickers though.
